It's finally here - my favorite day of the year! Happy National Scrapbook Day!
Last year, I spent NSD completing challenges at three different online sites and judged entries at another. I made 11 layouts and 9 cards in 18 hours. I chatted online with scrapbook friends from around the world. It was intense and amazing and, like always, I couldn't wait to do it again. The big day is finally here!
A lot has changed in a year (most notably that the Fiskateer program ended) so instead of trying to be four places at once like last year, this year I'll be spending the majority of my time at Scrapbook.com. They always host an amazing event.
My goal is to complete all of their layout challenges. I'm not necessarily going to do any of the card or pocket-page challenges, and instead will use any extra time I have to do some blog hops and check in at some of the other thousands of NSD events out there on the web.
Who else is celebrating NSD? How are you spending your day?

ReplyDeleteI was so happy to get a little bit of crafty time before heading to our family party! I finished up a Project Life layout from the previous week, played with some new stamps, and cut out a pop up box card with my Silhouette for my nephew's upcoming birthday! :) I didn't get on Scrapbook.com at all that day, I knew I was missing out on the fun over there! :)
